Effective: June 1, 2026 · support@vsrelay.dev
For all bugs, feature requests, and questions, email support@vsrelay.dev. We aim to respond within 1 working day (Norwegian business hours, CET/CEST).
For legal matters (service of process, IP concerns), use legal@vsrelay.dev instead.
Please include the following in your email — VSRelay's Copy Diagnostic Info command (Command Palette → VSRelay: Copy Diagnostic Info for Support) prepares all of this for you:
Show Status command).~/.cursor-server/extensions/anthropic.claude-code-*/).darwin arm64, linux x64).The diagnostic excerpt that Copy Diagnostic Info puts on your clipboard is sanitized — workspace paths replaced with <workspace>, no auth tokens, no raw prompts. You can review it before pasting into the email.
If Cursor or VS Code auto-updated Claude Code and prompts stopped working, run the official recovery tool:
npx @vsrelay/doctor repair@vsrelay/doctor is MIT licensed and npm-published. It detects the running Claude Code version, finds the bundled patch manifest, and re-applies if needed. If the bundled manifest doesn't cover your Claude Code version, the in-extension Patch Author will auto-derive one — open the VSRelay sidebar and tap Apply patches in Cursor.
If neither succeeds, email us with the diagnostic excerpt.
We respect your privacy. See vsrelay.dev/privacy for the complete policy.
Short version: diagnostic logs live on your machine in ~/.vsrelay/diagnostic.log. They are never uploaded automatically. The only data we collect is what you choose to share when you email support.
